The Bereavement Ministry of Consolation was created to provide spiritual care to those who have recently suffered the death of their loved one or loved ones. This is a parish outreach program to assist survivor’s immediate needs soon after the death. Bereavement Ministers will help as they begin to heal and will “walk” beside them as they walk through the grief process. No one should have to be alone when grieving their loved one’s death.

Memorial Day Mass of Remembrance
There will be a Memorial Day Mass of Remembrance at 8:00 a.m., May 28th 2018. All parishioners as well as the public are invited to attend this day of recognition of all those who died while serving their country during a time of war and/or conflict. This is a great way to honor and reconnect with history by observing and remembering the sacrifices of our soldiers who truly believed in the importance of upholding our nation’s freedoms. Please come and join Father Steve Voyt and the Bereavement Ministers, as we remember those who gave their all—otherwise, they and the true meaning of Memorial Day will be forgotten. Remember Memorial Day isn’t about store sales and picnics. We hope to see each of you at this Memorial Day Mass of Remembrance!
